The service

HaulInbox is a tool for dispatchers and drivers. It shows your work email and driver chats and sends only what you choose to send. You stay responsible for the messages and documents you send and for the decisions you make about loads.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. Dispatchers join a company by invitation from its owner or admin. The company owner or an admin can remove dispatchers. Drivers join by an invite from their dispatcher.

Your company’s data

Conversations with drivers and the company’s shared inbox belong to the company. Your personal Gmail conversations belong to you and are removed if you delete your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to send spam, unlawful content or content you have no right to share, and do not try to access other companies’ data or interfere with the service.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Email and notification delivery depend on third parties (Google, Apple and others) and can be delayed. Always confirm important load details with the other party.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost loads or revenue.

Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
