Delete your account

In the app

Dispatchers: Settings → Delete account.

Drivers: tap Account (top right) → Delete account.

Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Driver: your sign-in and your “My loads” list. Your chat history stays with your dispatcher’s company (it is their business record). If you chat through Telegram, send /stop to the bot to disconnect it.

Dispatcher: your sign-in, your personal Gmail connection (the access token is revoked) and the conversations and documents that came from your personal Gmail. Conversations from your company’s shared inbox and your drivers stay with the company; the owner assigns your drivers to another dispatcher.

Company owner: if other people are in your company, first make one of them the owner (Settings → Team). If you are the only member, the whole company and all its data are deleted.

Can’t open the app?

Request deletion: email support@haulinbox.com. Include the email or phone number of your account. We complete requests within 30 days.
